We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. This covers items that arrive damaged, subject to verification. To start a claim, email junojewels@juno-jewels.com with your order number and photos.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, misuse, or tarnishing due to skin chemistry, moisture, perfumes, or lotions.
General Jewelry Care
To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid perfumes, lotions, oils, and harsh chemicals. Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Store pieces in a cool, dry place and clean gently with a soft cloth. Everyone’s skin chemistry is unique, and natural variations in tarnishing may occur over time.
Scarf Jewelry Care
Our scarf necklaces are made using specialty and vintage fabrics, making each piece one of a kind. Avoid water and moisture, do not machine wash, and spot clean gently if needed. Store loosely folded or hung and avoid pulling or tugging on hardware. Slight variations in fabric texture and color are normal and part of the charm.
