When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. As soon as your order comes through, we get to work preparing your piece with love and care. During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.
My address is incorrect — what should I do?
If you notice an address error, please email us the same day you place your order at junojewels@juno-jewels.com. Include your order number, first and last name, and the email address used at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for purchasing a new shipping label.
Can I cancel my order?
Because our pieces are handmade and prepared to order, we’re unable to accept cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed. Thank you for understanding and supporting small-batch craftsmanship.
What is your exchange policy?
While we do not accept returns, we offer store credit as an exchange for unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery. Once your item is received and approved, you’ll be sent a digital gift card to use toward a future purchase. Sale items, custom pieces, vintage materials, and discounted orders are final sale.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at junojewels@juno-jewels.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your message and work with you to find the best solution.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! We love partnering with boutiques and retailers. Please email us at junojewels@juno-jewels.com with your store name, location, website (if applicable), Instagram handle, and any helpful details about your business.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — we offer digital gift cards delivered straight to your email. Gift cards are valid for online use only.
How do I use store credit?
